Booking Policy

• All appointments must be booked in advance.
• A deposit may be required to secure certain treatments.
• Deposits are non-refundable but transferable within policy timeframes.
• By booking an appointment, you agree to our salon policies.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Less than required notice may result in loss of deposit.
• Same-day cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
• No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay future bookings.

Late cancellations impact other clients who may be waiting for appointments.

We reserve the right to impose these as we see fit.

Late Arrival Policy

• If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced.
• Full treatment fees still apply.
• If you are significantly late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and cancellation fees may apply.

Refund Policy – Treatments

Due to the nature of professional skin and body treatments:

• We do not offer refunds for completed services or prepaid services.

• Results vary from person to person.
• Treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

If you have concerns following a treatment, please contact us so we can assess and advise appropriately.

Health & Suitability

• Clients must disclose all relevant medical history.
• Certain treatments require consultation prior to booking.
• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsafe.

Children in Clinic

To maintain a relaxing and safe environment:

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• We recommend arranging childcare where possible during advanced treatments.

Children in Clinic Policy

As JMF Skin and Body Co operates within a shared professional space, we are required to maintain a respectful and safe environment for all businesses and practitioners working within the salon.

We kindly ask that you carefully consider bringing children to your appointment, particularly as there is a cosmetic injector operating within the space. Due to the nature of injectable and clinical procedures, it is not recommended that younger children attend appointments.
