No. The 30% treatment discount and 20% product discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounted packages, sales or offers.

Membership benefits must be used within the 12-month period. Unused discounts do not roll over and cannot be refunded, extended or credited.

No. The 30/20 Club is strictly for the member only. It is non-transferable and cannot be shared.

The joining fee is non-refundable and must be paid upfront at the time of purchase.

Membership Fee

The 30/20 Club Membership requires a $200 non-refundable joining fee, payable upfront at the time of purchase.

Membership Duration

Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Discounts apply only during the active membership period. Unused benefits do not roll over.

Discounts & Eligibility

Members receive:
• 30% off full-price treatments
• 20% off full-price retail products

Discounts:
• Apply to the member only
• Are non-transferable
• Cannot be shared
• Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, packages, sales, or discounts

Exclusions

Discounts do not apply to:
• Sale or promotional items
• Gift vouchers
• Already discounted packages
• Membership or joining fees

Bookings & Purchases

• Treatments must be booked and completed within the membership year
• Products must be purchased within the membership year

Refunds, Pauses & Extensions

Membership fees are non-refundable and cannot be paused, transferred, or extended for any reason.

Missed Discounts

Membership must be mentioned at the time of payment. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

Business Changes

JMF Skin & Body Co reserves the right to update treatments, product ranges, amend membership terms with notice, or discontinue the program. Active members will retain benefits for the remainder of their membership term.
